So I have been dying to show this to you guys. ARCs came out months ago, but with a non-finished cover, and after I saw this one I was SO excited to share. But I had to wait. Now I can show you all the cover for A MIDSUMMER'S NIGHTMARE, my 3rd book out in June!
Eee! I actually really love this cover. The girl on the front is EXACTLY how I imagine Whitley, my leading lady in this novel. She has the right look, the right attitude, and the right bikini, based on that little pink strap there. (No, really, a pink bikini is actually in the book. HOW COOL IS THAT? Attention to detail FTW!)

*Disclaimer - this cover may be tweaked a little bit before the publication date, but if it is, it won't be much, which is why I can show it to you now!
And in honor of the cover reveal, I'M DOING A CONTEST! I'm giving away one ARC of A MIDSUMMER'S NIGHTMARE! In case you haven't heard much about my third book, here's the summary my publisher has written up:
Whitley Johnson's dream summer with her divorce dad has turned into a nightmare. She's just met his new fiancee and her kids. The fiancee's son? Whitley's one-night stand from graduation night. Just freakin' great.
Worse, she totally doesn't fit in with her dad's perfect new country-club family. So Whitley acts out. She parties. Hard. So hard she doesn't even notice the good things right under her nose: a sweet little future stepsister who is just about the only person she's ever liked, a best friend (even though Whitley swears she doesn't "do" friends), and a smoking-hot guy who isn't her stepbrother...at least, not yet. It will take all three of them to help Whitley get through her anger and begin to put the pieces of her family together.
Don't tell my other books, but this one is my favorite. It was the hardest to write and it took the most revision, but I am so proud of it and so excited to share it with you all.
